NEW FOR 2025-26

CONCOURSE KIOSK ORDERING

Supporters are reminded that the West Stand operates a hybrid catering order system. Self-Order Units (SOUs) will operate as an express drinks service, while those looking to purchase food can head to the Food and Drinks counter.

What is new?

  • Available from the Food kiosk - Food & drink can now be bought directly at the tills inside the food kiosks, making it quicker and easier to grab a bite.
  • Available from the Bar Kiosks - Express Drinks-Only service – just use the SOUs to order your favourite alcoholic or soft drink, and enjoy a faster, streamlined experience.
  • You can continue to pre-order your drinks before kick-off using the SOUs and pick them up at half-time.

The ticket office staff will be located in the club shop from 10am for matchday enquiries and purchases.

They will then move to the ticket office windows from 5pm for further matchday ticket sales.

REUSABLE CUPS

We encourage supporters to return their cups to designated collection points when they have finished their drinks.

THE CWTCH (inclusion room)

Swansea City has a multi-use quiet space and sensory zone with prayer facilities located in the stadium's West Stand.

This room can be accessed via a door at the north end of the West Stand concourse (located at the foot of the Access D stairwell - or the stairwell with the Snoop Dogg mural) or via main reception and the room itself is named 'The Cwtch'.

The room will have the match playing on the television, so that people who choose to leave the stands and access the space can continue to watch the game.

Supporters can also use this space to pray and reflect. For those who require them, prayer mats - which are available to borrow - are stored in the room.

For more information about accessible facilities in the stadium, click here.

ACCESSIBILITY

Swansea City aims to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone and we understand that not everyone enjoys a game in the same way.

We have a number of in-stadium facilities to ensure supporters enjoy their matchday and further information about these can be found HERE.

The club has joined with AccessAble to create visual guides. These can be viewed HERE.
