Matt Grimes says Swansea City will relish putting their strong home form to the test when they take on Bournemouth at the Liberty Stadium tonight.

The Swans have won four and drawn one of their last five in SA1, and have conceded just one goal across that sequence of results.

Their Liberty showings have helped them be among the early Championship pacesetters, with tonight’s visitors also among that number.

The Cherries have suffered just two defeats so far this term following their relegation from the Premier League at the end of last term.

The south coast club have been heavily-fancied promotion contenders from the outset, but the Swans are in bullish mood.

“We've shown in the last four or five games at home that we fancy ourselves playing against anyone at the Liberty,” said captain Grimes.

“Obviously, Bournemouth are a very good team with players of Premier League quality, so it's going to be as good a test as any, but one we're looking forward to.

“Both sides are high up the table but I don't think it will be in the back of our minds. We're aware of our position, but we've only played 16 games, so we're not focusing on that just yet. Once we get to 40 games, we'll start focusing on that.

“We're happy with our home form and want to continue it. A good season is built on strong home form.
