Matthew Donohue is the man in the middle for Swansea City’s Carabao Cup clash with Bournemouth at the Swansea.com Stadium on Tuesday night (7.30pm).
The Manchester-based official earned three successive promotions which saw him climb from National League North to the National List of Referees between 2016 and 2018.
The former primary school teacher first took charge of a Swans match in February 2021 – a 3-2 home defeat to Derby County. Since then he’s taken charge of a further seven games.
The most recent of those games was the 1-0 win over Huddersfield Town in SA1 back in April.
He will be assisted by Paul Hodskinson and Adam Crysell, while Thomas Parsons is the fourth official.
