Will Finnie will be the man in the middle when Swansea City host Charlton Athletic at the Swansea.com Stadium on Saturday (12.30pm).

It will be the third time the Luton-born official has taken charge of a Swans fixture, having had the whistle for a 2-2 draw against Portsmouth last season and a 1-0 win over Bristol City this term.

Finnie started refereeing at professional level during the 2018-19 season and progressed to EFL competitions the following campaign.

He first took charge of a Championship game when he had the whistle for Millwall’s 3-1 win over Cardiff City in April 2024.

This season he has refereed 30 games in all competitions, handing out 118 yellow cards and one red.

He will be assisted by Alistair Nelson and Nick Hopton, while Ross Martin will be the fourth official.
