Olivier Langford will be the referee when Swansea City host Queens Park Rangers at the Swansea.com Stadium on Saturday.

The west Midlands official will take charge of the Swans for the first time this season, having had the whistle for a trio of fixtures last term.

Langford oversaw the away defeat at Birmingham and the home loss to Luton, as well as the victory at Peterborough United.

He has been a referee since 1995, and made the step up to Championship level in 1995.

In 2016-17 he was added to the Select Group Two referees list, and took charge of the FA Youth Cup final between Chelsea and Manchester United later in that season.

Langford has also taken charge of two play-off semi-finals, and has dished out 23 yellow cards from the four games he has been in charge of this season.

On Saturday he will be assisted by Sam Lewis and Matthew Mcgrath, while Andy Davies will be the fourth official.
