Meet the officials | Queens Park Rangers

20th October
First team
Samuel Allison

Samuel Allison will be the man in the middle for Swansea City’s trip to Queens Park Rangers on Saturday afternoon (3pm).

The Chippenham-born official began his career as a footballer, spending time on the books at clubs including Swindon Town, Exeter City and Bristol City before becoming a non-league referee in 2011.

He joined the professional refereeing ranks in 2020 before being promoted to Select Group 2 in the summer of 2023, and has since progressed to officiating in the Premier League.

Saturday’s fixture will be the 10th time Allison, a former firefighter, has taken charge of a Swans game, and his first involving Swansea this season.

His most recent Swansea appointment came back in April of last season, when he officiated the Swans’ trip to Leicester City at the King Power Stadium.

Allison will be assisted by Daniel Leach and Matthew Gunn-Smith, while Sunny Singh Gill will serve as the fourth official.
