Melker Widell back in full training reports Matos

Melker Widell is back in full training as Vitor Matos reports no fresh injury concerns ahead of the Swans' trip to Derby County on Saturday.

Sweden international Widell missed the wins over Watford and Sheffield Wednesday with a minor quad injury, and will be touch and go to be available to face the Rams at Pride Park.

The head coach also confirmed that Adam Idah and Ricardo Santos are stepping up their injury recoveries. 

Zeidane Inoussa is still set to face a lengthy spell on the sidelines as he recovers from a stress fracture in his back.

"Melker is back, he started back on the grass at the start of the week," said Matos.

"Santos is still coming along, still not 100% but really close. 

"Idah did his first pitch session this week, so that's really good."
