New dates for five matches

Five fixtures involving Swansea City have been moved back due to the club's involvement in the Group Stages of the Europa League.
The new dates for the fixtures are:
Crystal Palace (away): Sunday, September 22 - 1.30pm.
Southampton (away): Sunday, October 6 - 1.30pm.
West Ham (home): Sunday, October 27 - 4pm.
Stoke City (home): Sunday, November 10 - 4.10pm.
Norwich City (away): Sunday, December 15 - kick-off TBC
