Pablo: Best decision of my career

26th February

Pablo Hernandez has hailed his club record move to Swansea City, insisting: "It's been the best decision of my career."
The Spanish international played a starring role as the Swans claimed their first major trophy in their 100-year history by lifting the Capital One Cup at Wembley thanks to a record-breaking 5-0 win over Bradford City.
Hernandez only arrived at the Liberty six months ago following a record £5.55million move from Valencia, and the 27-year-old already has his first medal as a Swan.
And the winger revealed swapping Spain for South Wales has already proved the best decision of his career.
Speaking during his interview in the club's changing room at Wembley shortly after the final whistle, Hernandez said: "It's history for our club, our city and our fans.
"It was brilliant seeing all the fans in the stand, all cheering and singing for us.
"Wembley is a historic stadium and known throughout the world, so it was brilliant to play there.
"I've played at Old Trafford and Stamford Bridge in the Champions League but this is different. This is a historic achievement for the club. It means everything to us.
"For me the decision of coming to Swansea is the best of my career. I didn't think when I came here that it would be difficult to win a title - I only had to look at the quality players already here to know we had a chance.
"I enjoy playing here. I enjoy being around the players, the club and the fans."
