13th May

Swansea 2-4 Man City
Barclays Premier League - Sunday, 17 May 2015
Wilfried Bony scored on his return to the Liberty as Man City tightened their grip on second place in the penultimate match of the season.
Yaya Toure put the visitors in front after 21 minutes with his 50th Premier League goal, as a deflected strike beat Lukasz Fabianski at his near post, and James Milner doubled the lead with a neat finish after brilliantly stepping away from Neil Taylor's challenge.
The Swans were aiming to build on their highest Premier League finish and pulled one back before half-time when Gylfi Sigurdsson drilled home, while Bafetimbi Gomis completed the comeback after the break when he controlled Jazz Richards' long ball before firing past Joe Hart.
However, City found another gear and Toure restored the advantage when he powered past Fabianski, before Bony climbed off the bench to put the game beyond his former club with a cool finish in off the post.

Swansea 1-0 Man City
Barclays Premier League - Sunday, 11 March 2012
Luke Moore's late header knocked Man City off the top of the table for the first time in five months.
The Swans were handed the perfect opportunity to take the lead inside the opening five minutes, but Scott Sinclair's penalty was well saved by Joe Hart.
Nevertheless, the home side were on top for the majority of the contest and scored what proved to be the winner seven minutes from time.
Moore had only entered the action four minutes earlier and he arrived unmarked in the area to head home Wayne Routledge's pinpoint cross.
City fought for the equaliser with the offside flag denying Micah Richards, but the hosts held on to take another huge three points in their Premier League debut season.

SWANS: Vorm, Rangel, Caulker, Williams, Taylor, Routledge (Monk, 87), Britton, Allen, Sinclair, Sigurdsson, Graham (Moore, 79).

MAN CITY: Hart, Richards, K. Toure, Savic, Clichy, De Jong (Johnson, 84), Barry (Aguero, 37), Nasri, Y. Toure, Silva (Dzeko, 87), Balotelli.
