The visitors continued their dominance in the second period and sealed victory late on as Michu teed up Hernandez to slam home.

The Swans came from a goal down to earn their second away win of the season in snowy conditions at the Hawthorns.
West Brom went ahead shorty after half-time when Marc-Antoine Fortune fired home after a corner wasn't cleared by the Swansea defence.
But on-loan Gylfi Sigurdsson inspired an immediate comeback as he slotted home Neil Taylor's cross.
And the turnaround was complete shortly after as Danny Graham slid in to finish Sigurdsson's cross from the right after a wonderful passing move.
