PL International Cup dates revealed

Swansea City Under-23s will open their Premier League International Cup campaign at home against Villarreal on September 26.
The dates have been confirmed for this season’s competition, in which the young Swans will also face Liverpool and Hertha BSC in Group E.
They welcome the Spaniards to Landore for the opening match of Group E at the end of September, before hosting German side Hertha on December 13.
The development side’s final group game sees them travel to Liverpool on January 24, when they will be hoping to secure their place in the knockout stages.
Despite a dominant 6-0 victory over Celtic last season, defeats against Manchester United and Athletic Bilbao ended the Swans’ campaign at the group stage.
In 2016-17, they defeated Hertha 5-1 en route to the semi-final of the competition but lost against eventual winners Porto.
