Preview | Luton Town v Swansea City
Swansea City return to Championship action by making the trip to Bedfordshire to take on Luton Town at Kenilworth Road this afternoon (3pm).
The Swans have picked up two wins out of their last five Championship fixtures, and were frustrated not to make it three following the 2-2 draw over Portsmouth last time out.
The Hatters, meanwhile, come into the fixture following back-to-back defeats away from home against Leeds United and Norwich City respectively. However, they have won their last two consecutive fixtures on home turf.
Team news
There are no fresh injury concerns amongst the squad since the Swans' 2-2 draw against Portsmouth.
Ollie Cooper, Josh Ginnelly, Andy Fisher and Sam Parker remain on the sidelines.
Pre-match views
Luke Williams: "They have a capable group, capable of going man to man. We have to find a way to make solutions to go up against that.
"Luton have choices, as I've said, they have a capable group. They can decide to spring off us, play out from the middle, or sit in front of the goal.
"We've practiced a lot in the week to come up against those areas, it will be a challenge."
Rob Edwards: "There are a few things we need to improve, but we can also take some of the good things from Norwich and take it forward because there were some good things.
“The week’s gone well overall – apart from losing a couple of players – but we’re looking forward to it – we’ve been good at home and we’ll try and make it difficult for Swansea."
Meet the officials
James Bell will be the man in charge when Swansea City travel to Luton Town on Saturday (3pm).
Remember the last time?
Carlton Morris’ first-half effort proved the difference as Swansea City fell to defeat at Kenilworth Road despite an improved second-half performance.
After a scrappy start, the home side had the better chances in the opening half and they led at the break as Morris turned in from close range for his 14th goal of the season.
But the visitors were much improved and the better side after the break, with Ollie Cooper and Morgan Whittaker going close and Liam Cullen having a goal ruled out for offside for Russell Martin’s men.
