Swansea City Under-18s will aim to get back on track when they welcome a resurgent Aston Villa to Landore in Premier League South on Saturday (1pm).

Following last weekend’s 3-0 defeat by Southampton, the young Swans have now lost each of their last five games in all competitions.

They have failed to find the net during that span, while conceding 24 goals.

By contrast, having gone seven league games without victory, Villa have won their last two; beating Arsenal and former leaders Chelsea.

The two sides played out an entertaining six-goal thriller at Bodymoor Heath in August, when only a last-gasp equaliser denied the Swans all three points.

Anthony Wright’s side will be desperate to get back on the scoresheet on Saturday and open their account for 2020.
