Swansea City Under-21s return to Professional Development League action this afternoon as they set to take on Charlton Athletic at Landore Training Ground (2pm kick-off).

The Swans will look to make it three consecutive home wins as they reigned victorious over Wigan Athletic and Colchester United respectively.

Charlton's latest league appearance saw them fall to a 3-1 defeat against Ipswich Town. But recently run local London club Phoenix Sports off the park with a convincing 6-0 win in the London Senior Cup.

Swansea City Under-21's coach Anthony Wright said: "We'll have a look back on the Cardiff game, and it's something we'll look at and reflect on as a group.

"There are so many positives that we can take from that game and bring forward, if we play like we did last Saturday, there's no doubt we can take the win."

Swansea City Under-23s had victory snatched away from them as title-chasing Charlton Athletic netted a last-gasp equaliser at Dartford.

Jaden Forrester put the Swans ahead in the first half and the Swans soaked up a lot of Addicks pressure for the majority of the game, only for a 90th minute Addicks equaliser to deny them a three-point haul.

Forrester would give the Swans the lead. Scott Butler’s chipped through ball was inadvertently headed on by a Charlton defender, allowing Forrester to break and slide a low effort past the goalkeeper for his sixth goal in seven games.

But the hosts went straight up the other end to level in the 90th minute, with Euan Williams converting a cross from Castillo.
