Price eyeing development chance

Tom Price is relishing the prospect of a first taste of development football as Swansea City Under-23s prepare for their opening pre-season test against Stoke on Saturday.
The midfielder, who joined the Swans at the age of eight, signed his first professional contract this summer, keeping him at the Liberty Stadium until June 2019.
The 18-year-old featured 23 times for the under-18s last season, scoring three goals.
Now he hopes to step up and impress at a higher level with the development squad in 2018-19.
“I am excited to play at this level,” Price said.
“It has been really exciting to see the under-23s improve over the last two years. Now we have a chance to be a part of that.
“I know it will be a hard test, but it is one I am ready for and I am looking forward to it.
“It is a dream to play for your home city club and to earn a professional contract here after all these years great.”
