The Swansea City AFC Foundation logo takes pride of place on the front of our free digital programme as our matchday against Sheffield Wednesday celebrates the work of the club's charitable arm.

The programme includes a case study from the Foundation's Premier League Inspires project, while the matchday itself will feature interviews from key members of the Foundation's staff and participants in their initiatives and projects.
