Swansea City Under-18s produced a second-half comeback to claim a point on the road as they faced Coventry City over the weekend.

The Swans found themselves 3-0 down at the break with goals from the Sky Blues' Rio Richards-Dore (2) and Ivan Agyeman-Boadi.

But three goals in three minutes in the second half from the Swans thanks to Alex Godfrey, Bobo Evans and Kai Rhodes ensured a point on the road for the age-grade side.

Swansea now sit second in the Professional Development League south division, just one point off leaders, Charlton Athletic.

Coventry opening the scoring in the 11th minute as Richards-Dore capitalised on a mis-placed pass at the back, taking the ball around Thomas Wright as he guided it into an empty net.

A further two goals came in quick succession for the Sky Blues. Agyeman-Boadi dispossessed a Swansea man on the edge of the area and slotted to ball straight down the middle of the net.

Richards-Dore bagged his brace minutes later on the half-hour mark as Igyman-Boadi turned provider allowing his teammate to finish the move to put themselves three goals to the good at the break.

But the Swans came out strong in the second half. Jack May's high ball over the top landed in the path of Godfrey who outran his man, chipping the ball into the far corner to pull a goal back.

Just one minute later, the Swans netted a second immediately after the restart. Evans cutting inside the penalty area slotting a low ball passed the diving Sky Blues' keeper.

And the Swans claimed a point in style as Rhodes' found a third two minutes later in the 75th minute with a fine strike from distance.
