Two late goals consigned Swansea City Under-18s to their first defeat in four against Fulham at Motspur Park on Saturday.
A quiet first half saw both sides level at the break, but the young Swans made a strong start to the second half with chances falling to Liam Cullen, Jack Fox and Kieran Evans.
Injuries to defender Mael Davies and midfielder Jordan Jones forced the Swans the make changes to their side.
With twelve minutes left the home side broke the deadlock when Michael Elstone's through ball found midfielder Jon Dagur Thorsteinsson to round Ross Treacy to give Fulham the lead.
A minute later and the home side doubled their lead in similar fashion as Matt O'Riley's through ball found Jayden Harris to finish in to the bottom corner.
The young Swans next face Wolves in the Third Round FA Youth Cup in their final match of 2016 at Landore on Friday (7pm).
