Season ticket deadline extended due to Coronavirus pandemic
Swansea City supporters are advised that the deadline for season ticket renewals has been extended to May 31 due to the current Coronavirus pandemic.
The club has been pleased and encouraged by the number of supporters who have renewed throughout April considering the uncertainty around the current season and start date for the new campaign.
Swansea City would like to thank supporters for their continued support during these difficult and uncertain times.
Supporters wishing to renew are still able to do so online.
For those supporters unable to renew online, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your details and requirements. Ticket office staff will endeavour to assist you or place your seats on hold until the situation allows for you to call in person to the ticket office at a later date.

The deadline to redeem Loyalty Cash balances has also been extended to Tuesday, June 30. All existing balances after this date will be void.
Supporters are encouraged to redeem their balances via their Swans Club Account online at store.swanseacity.com.
In line with Government advice, all club staff are currently working from home. While aiming to answer supporter queries and requests as efficiently as possible, we would ask supporters to minimise phone calls to the football club.

A decision on potential part refunds on season tickets from the current campaign will be made once the EFL has agreed the structure around playing the remaining fixtures.
