Swansea City supporters

Swansea City is excited to welcome supporters back to our home, the Swansea.com Stadium, on Saturday August 6 for the clash with Blackburn Rovers.

The club would like to provide a ticketing update to supporters ahead of the first home fixture of the 2022-23 campaign.

Season tickets

Our 2021-22 season-ticket holders who have renewed for the 2022-23 season in the same seat in the same price bracket, should continue to use their existing season card, as this will be reactivated for use this season.

We understand that some supporters' cards may be damaged and require replacing. If this is the case we ask you to please complete the form HERE and the team will be in touch.

We are pleased to inform supporters that all tickets have been posted out to those who have purchased a new season ticket for the 2022-23 season (i.e. supporters who did not have a season ticket for the 2021-22 season).

Additionally, new season tickets have been posted to supporters who renewed for the 2022-23 season, but have made seat moves or price bracket changes. Supporters should be aware we have not yet processed requests for damaged season ticket cards, and these will be dispatched next week.

You will also have access to a digital copy of your season ticket within the Swansea City app. This will be available shortly for supporters and we will provide an updated guide on how to access this.

If you have not received your season-ticket card we please ask you to contact the ticket office team via email (ticketing@swanseacity.com) or phone (01792 616400 and select option 1).

Supporters should be aware that we expect a high volume of queries ahead of the first home game of the season and therefore we urge anyone experiencing an issue with their ticket or account to get in touch with the team well in advance of August 6. This will ensure we can resolve any issues in a timely manner for you.

Hospitality

Hospitality accreditation for the upcoming season is being processed and all seasonal guests will be contacted directly by the hospitality team regarding their package.
