Stephen Kingsley named in Scotland squad

20th May

Swansea City defender Stephen Kingsley has been called up by Scotland for their upcoming International Challenge matches against Italy (May 29) and France (June 4).
The 21-year-old is in contention to make his senior international debut after being included in Gordon Strachan's squad following an impressive breakthrough season at Swansea City.
Kingsley enjoyed an emphatic Premier League debut when he starred in Swansea's 2-1 triumph at Arsenal in March, before featuring in victories over Aston Villa and West Ham, as well as Swansea's 1-1 draw with Manchester City on the final day of the campaign.
And the young left-back rounded off his successful season when he was named Under-21s Player of the Year at Swansea's Awards evening last week.
Kingsley has made five appearances for Scotland Under-21s following his move to the Swans from Falkirk in 2014.
