30th October
Michael Oliver will be in charge of the Swans' trip to Stoke City on Monday night.
It will be the second time this month that the 31-year-old Northumberland official - who started refereeing in the Premier League when aged just 25 - will referee a Swans game.
He was the man with the whistle when the Swans were beaten 2-1 by Liverpool on October 1.
Oliver has refereed 11 games in all this season - eight in the Premier League, two in the Champions League and one World Cup qualifier - and is yet to show a red card.
His assistants at the bet365 Stadium will be Mick McDonough and Eddie Smart, while Paul Tierney is fourth official.
