Swansea City would like to provide supporters attending Saturday’s fixture against Birmingham City with some important information ahead of their visit. For this fixture, there will be some changes to travel and parking arrangements and we ask supporters to review this in advance.

The Blues will travel to the Swansea.com Stadium this Saturday (3pm), and supporters are reminded they do not require an NHS COVID pass.

However, we would like to reassure supporters that we are still encouraging the wearing of face coverings where possible, and hand sanitising stations will remain in place across our concourse and hospitality areas.

Supporters should arrive at the stadium early, to avoid any queues. The Wales v Italy Six Nations Rugby fixture, which will kick off at 2.15pm, will be shown across our concourse and hospitality areas, and supporters can take advantage of our early drinks offers.

Tickets

Season ticket holders will require either their season ticket card or digital in-app ticket in order to enter the Swansea.com Stadium.

Match ticket holders must print their tickets and ensure the print quality is satisfactory before travelling to the stadium.

The ticket office will be open from 10am on Saturday (March 19) to assist supporters with any queries regarding their match ticket. Alternatively, supporters can email ticketing@swanseacity.com or call 01792 616400 and select option 1.

Fans who DO NOT have a match ticket SHOULD NOT attend the stadium.

Fans displaying symptoms of Covid-19 SHOULD NOT attend.

Catering and the Riverside Lounge

The Riverside Lounge will be open for all match ticket holders from 1pm, with turnstiles opening from 1.30pm.

As always, there will be catering offers in place across the stadium and supporters can take advantage of deals available for the first 45 minutes of opening.

Parking and travel

We advise supporters to plan their journey accordingly and leave in plenty of time when travelling to the Swansea.com Stadium. Supporters should be aware that there may be road closures around the area of the stadium in effect before kick-off, with definite closures expected after the final whistle.

Our stadium car parks normally close 15 minutes prior to kick off, however this may be extended to 30 minutes pre-kick off if required, therefore supporters are advised to arrive early. The stadium car parks may also be closed for some time after the game, which will cause significant delays. Again, we are grateful to supporters for their patience in this matter.

Ticket holders in the East Stand should also be aware of an alternative route to access their seats. Access through the North car park will not be available pre and post-match for fans in the North-East corner and East Stand, with alternative routes using the cycle path around the back of the North car park.
