Supporter information | Swansea City v Bournemouth

25th April
Fans

Swansea City would like to provide supporters attending Tuesday’s fixture against Bournemouth with some important information ahead of their visit.

The Cherries travel to the Swansea.com Stadium with the Championship clash kicking off at 7.45pm.

Covid passes are no longer required at the stadium, however we would like to reassure supporters that we are still encouraging the wearing of face coverings where possible, and hand sanitising stations will remain in place across our concourse and hospitality areas.

Tickets

Season ticket holders will require either their season ticket card or digital in-app ticket in order to enter the Swansea.com Stadium.

Match ticket holders must print their tickets and ensure the print quality is satisfactory before travelling to the stadium, or alternatively download the Swansea City app, to access their tickets. To do this, you must be signed into the Swans Club Account used during time of booking.

Swansea City supporters who wish to purchase a ticket on the day of the fixture can do so by visiting the ticket office.

The ticket office will be open from 9am on Tuesday (April 26) for any purchases, and to assist supporters with any queries regarding their match ticket.

Alternatively, supporters can email ticketing@swanseacity.com or call 01792 616400 and select option 1.

Please note that children under the age of 14 are not permitted into the stadium on their own and must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. Failure to do so will result in refusal to enter the ground and the parents or police may be contacted.

In line with government advice, we strongly recommend that fans with Covid-19 do not attend this fixture. If supporters have symptoms they should take an LFT test. More information is available on the government website HERE.
