Swansea.com Stadium

Supporter information | Swansea City v Fulham

7th March

Swansea City would like to provide supporters attending tomorrow's fixture against Fulham with some important information ahead of their visit.

The Championship's league leaders travel to the Swansea.com Stadium and we would like to remind supporters that they do not require an NHS COVID pass for entry.

However, we would like to reassure supporters that we are still encouraging the wearing of face coverings where possible, and hand sanitising stations will remain in place across our concourse and hospitality areas.

We also encourage supporters to arrive early where possible to avoid any queues ahead of kick off.

Stadium

As supporters are aware, our home game against AFC Bournemouth last month was postponed due to damage to the stadium roof caused by Storm Eunice and the recent adverse weather.

Since then, work has been undertaken to make the damaged areas safe and the stadium has been independently inspected and assessed by the Licensing Authority. As a result, it was been determined that the stadium was ready to reopen safely, as was the case for Saturday's visit of Coventry.

However, supporters are advised that the work undertaken to deal with the damage has required the removal of two areas of the East Stand roof and, consequently, supporters will still see areas of visible damage. The club can confirm that, though unsightly, these areas are safe.

Tickets

Season ticket holders will require either their season ticket card or digital in-app ticket in order to enter the Swansea.com Stadium.

Match ticket holders must print their tickets and ensure the print quality is satisfactory before travelling to the stadium.

The ticket office will be open from 9am on Tuesday (March 8) to assist supporters with any queries regarding their match ticket. Alternatively, supporters can email ticketing@swanseacity.com or call 01792 616400 and select option 1.

Fans who DO NOT have a match ticket SHOULD NOT attend the stadium.

Fans displaying symptoms of Covid-19 SHOULD NOT attend.

Catering and the Riverside Lounge

The Riverside Lounge will be open for all match ticket holders from 5.45pm, with turnstiles opening from 6.15pm.

As always, there will be catering offers in place across the stadium and supporters can take advantage of deals available for the first 45 minutes of opening.

Bucket collection

It was announced last week, that the club would be supporting the Ukraine appeal, by collecting donations for those in need. As part of the appeal, the Voice of Ukraine will also be undertaking a bucket collection at the stadium for this fixture. The club is pledging to match donations made up to a value of £1,000. All funds raised by Voice of Ukraine will also be donated to the Disasters Emergency Committee.

We recommend that supporters who wish to donate bring cash with them for this purpose. We thank fans in advance for their support of this appeal.

If you are unable to make a physical donation at the Swansea.com Stadium but would like to support the Ukraine appeal, you can click HERE to donate. By donating through the Disasters Emergency Committee, the UK Government will match donations made by the public up to £20 million.

There will be a small charge for parking at the Landore Park and Walk (adjacent to the Council Park and Ride facility).
