Supporters contacted for Wembley tickets

25th May
Ticketing News

Swansea City has now contacted all fans who entered the ticket ballot process for Saturday's Championship play-off final against Brentford.

Supporters have been notified by email to inform them whether they have been successful or not, and will now be charged for their ticket(s).

Please note, fans who have applied as a group will all have the same decision. If you are successful, the other fans in your party will also be successful and vice versa.

Successful fans

Please note that fans who have a concessionary ticket will be charged for the lower price ticket at this point.

Unlike the semi-final play-off at the Liberty, fans will not have to complete a health questionnaire.

Unsuccessful fans

Should any tickets become available, unsuccessful fans will be contacted as a priority.

Your ticket(s) will be sent to supporters TOMORROW (Wednesday, May 26) via email from ‘donotreply@ticketmaster.co.uk’.

Please note that the ticket(s) will be sent to the lead contact who made the booking. We ask fans to check with all members of their party regarding tickets before contacting us. Please do not contact us until Thursday (May 27) if you have not received your tickets. Tickets will be sent up until midnight on Wednesday.

We urge fans to check their junk/spam folders as the email may fall into these folders automatically.

When you receive your tickets, you MUST print your tickets at home.
