Carlos Carvalhal hailed the Jack Army for their fantastic support during Saturday’s FA Cup tie at Notts County.

The Swans were backed by well over 1,500 fans at Meadow Lane in a game wedged between Premier League fixtures with Liverpool and Arsenal.

The travelling support were in fine voice as Luciano Narsingh’s goal put the Swans ahead, only for Magpies striker Jon Stead to level and force a replay at the Liberty on Tuesday, February 6.

And Carvalhal was quick to salute the Swans supporters for their fine backing at Meadow Lane.

“I must say thank you to the fans who followed us to this game,” he said.

“They were a massive presence and we are very happy about that.”
