Christmas opening hours
As of Monday, December 3, our opening hours will be extended to ensure that you are able to squeeze in all your holiday shopping.

Last order dates
If you are doing your Swans Christmas shopping online at www.store.swanseacity.com, make sure you check the delivery deadline dates to avoid disappointment and to ensure your order arrives before the big day.
The last order date for UK residents will be midnight on Thursday, December 20 (£4.95 standard delivery charge or FREE if you spend over £75), but for regions outside the UK, please click here.
Returns policy
If you open your presents to find someone has got you the wrong size, fear not because we will be extending our returns policy to enable you to obtain a refund or make an exchange after Christmas.
Any purchases made on or after November 12, can be returned between December 27-January 13, 2019 (with proof of purchase).
