Below is all the important information you need, to avoid any shopping stress!
Club shop opening hours over Christmas
From Sunday, November 21 until Christmas Eve, the Swansea.com Stadium club shop will be open more regularly.
The club shop will open every Sunday between 10am and 4pm, from November 21 through until December 19.
Throughout December, the club shop will then open every Wednesday to Sunday, from December 1 to December 23, with the below hours:
- Wednesday to Saturday – 9.30am to 5.30pm
- Sunday – 10am to 4pm
Christmas Eve
The shop will also be open from 9.30am to 2.30pm on Christmas Eve, for any last minute Christmas shopping.
Online ordering
If you are doing your Swans Christmas shopping online at www.store.swanseacity.com, make sure you check the delivery deadline dates to avoid disappointment, and to ensure your order arrives before the big day.
The last order deadline for UK residents will be midnight on Monday, December 20 (£4.95 standard delivery charge).
For regions outside the UK, please visit the Swans store website.
We will also be operating our free click and collect service at our Cwmdu Warehouse. The opening hours for this are between 9am and 2.30pm, Monday to Friday. More information can be found below.
Returns policy
If you open your presents to find someone has got you the wrong size, fear not because we will be extending our returns policy to enable you to obtain a refund or make an exchange after Christmas.
Any purchases made on or after November 11 can be returned between December 29 and January 29 (with proof of purchase). Please check the club shop visiting hours before visiting.
