Swans U23s handed Forest Cup tie

Swansea City Under-23s have been drawn away to Nottingham Forest in the quarter-finals of the Premier League Cup.
The Swans will face their Forest counterparts at the Impact Arena in Alfreton on Friday, March 29 (3pm).
Gary Richards and Cameron Toshack saw their side reach the last eight for the third-straight season thanks to an impressive 2-0 win over holders Aston Villa last Friday.
The Swans were Premier League Cup winners in 2017 and beaten finalists in 2018, and they will be looking to keep up their proud history in the competition.
