Swansea City Aston Villa Under-18s Premier League South

18th December

Swansea City Under-18s end the year at home to Aston Villa this Saturday (11am).
The scholars will look to continue their winning run in Barclays Premier League South after back-to-back victories against Norwich and Southampton in recent weeks, while Villa's academy side beat Brighton 2-0 last time out.
The young Swans have won four games in a row - including victories in the FA and FAW Youth Cups - and coach Chris Llewellyn hopes the youngsters will continue to build momentum.
"Our performances have been good over the last few months," he said. "Recent wins have given the group a lot of confidence.
"We go into the game off the back of our best league performance of the season that saw us win 3-0 at Southampton.
"Positive results have been coming - the group have adapted to the intensity of the league and demands of category one football.
"Above all we want to maintain our run of good performances but if we can finish the year with a win to maintain our unbeaten run it would be a great way to end 2015."
