Swansea City confirm coaching staff departures

Swansea City can confirm the departures of four members of the club’s coaching staff.
Assistant head coach Matt Gill, goalkeeping coach Dean Thornton, first-team performance analyst Ben Parker and head of rehabilitation Rhys Owen have all left the club to join Southampton.
Gill, Thornton and Parker joined the club following Russell Martin’s appointment as head coach in July 2021, while Owen was added to the Swansea staff in the summer of 2022.
Swansea City would like to place on record its thanks for their hard work during their time in SA1, and wish them well in their future careers.
