Swansea City to face Exeter City in testimonial fixture

Swansea City will face Exeter City in a pre-season friendly at St James Park on Saturday, July 26 (1pm KO) as the Grecians hold a testimonial for Pierce Sweeney.

The Swans will head to face the League One club in a summer friendly for the first time since 2019, when the visitors ran out 3-1 winners thanks to goals from Bersant Celina (2) and Nathan Dyer.

The fixture - in honour of Sweeney, who is Exeter’s longest-serving current player with 391 appearances across two spells since first joining in 2016 - is the first pre-season match to be confirmed ahead of the 2025-26 campaign.
