Swansea City fans are invited to join the Fans to 5k challenge this summer and earn points against fans of other clubs in the Healthy Rivalry league table.

Fans to 5k is completely free to join, and all you have to do is download Strava and then download the app and complete the registration.

Once the tournament starts on June 8, you will be given a 10 week pre-season training programme which will see you reach peak fitness as the 2026-27 season commences.

Make sure you select Swansea City when prompted, and every mile you do, you will earn a point for the Swans and help us climb the Fans to 5K leaderboard.

The programme ends with supporters able to test their fitness in a park run, or similar activities close to you. You don’t have to be in Swansea to join, our fans overseas and across the country can also take part.

WHAT IS FANS TO 5K?

Fans To 5K is a fan-led fitness tournament designed to keep supporters active, connected and representing the badges they proudly support during the off-season.

The programme also includes a proven 10-week plan designed to help supporters become 5K active and ready to complete a ‘Cup Final’ parkrun together in week 10.

Every outdoor mile you record automatically converts into league points for your club.
