Tom Gorringe and Vitor Matos at a press conference

Swansea City will hold the second fans’ forum of the 2025-26 season on December 15 at the club's new city centre venue, The Swansea Jack.

Supporters will have the opportunity to meet new Swans head coach Vitor Matos and learn more about what he wants to bring to the club following his appointment in November, while chief executive Tom Gorringe will complete the panel.

The Swansea Jack will open as normal, but will shut to anyone not attending the fans' forum at 5pm. The event will then run from 6pm until 8pm and will be compered by Kev Johns MBE.

Complimentary teas and coffees will be available to all attendees, while food and drink will be available to purchase from The Swansea Jack before, during and after the event.

Supporters who require additional support when attending the fans' forum, or who have any accessibility requirements, are asked to email accessibilty@swanseacity.com in advance.

Please note, supporters are asked to register their attendance at the forum in advance so we can ensure the venue capacity is not exceeded. Please do this by completing the form below.

Supporters in attendance, and those who cannot attend, are also welcome to submit a question in advance and can do so below.

PLEASE NOTE: Registering your interest does not guarantee attendance at the fans’ forum as places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Once the names of those attending have been finalised those supporters will be contacted by the club, and will need to bring their email confirming their attendance to gain entry.

Please ensure you complete one form per person attending (this includes personal assistants) as it will not be possible to add them on later if the venue reaches capacity.

Unfortunately, due to the location of this fans' forum, we are unable to livestream this event.
