Swansea City online store to close from Thursday until further notice

Swansea City’s online store will close at midday on Thursday June 26 and will remain offline until further notice.

This is to allow the club to complete a full stocktake and begin the transition to working with our new retail partners, The Terrace. The club will notify supporters once the online store is back open.

As was communicated in the recent fan engagement survey review, for the 2025-26 season and in partnership with The Terrace, the club will be opening the club shop on more days throughout the week with supporters also able to make their in-person ticket purchases from the shop on these days.

Additionally, The Terrace is working with the club on developing a new and improved online store, plus new items and personalisation opportunities for unique products. 

We will communicate the reopening of both the online store and Swansea.com Stadium club shop in due course. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Existing Online orders

Anyone who purchases prior to June 26 and selects the delivery option can expect their product to arrive with them as normal.

Click and Collect

Click and collect customers have been contacted to make the necessary arrangements regarding their purchases. We will endeavour to update supporters when this service is back up and running.
