Swansea City U18s face Manchester City in Premier League Cup

Swansea City Under-18s have been drawn alongside reigning champions Manchester City in the group stages of this season’s Premier League Cup.
The young Swans will also play Liverpool and Southampton in Group D of the competition, in which the six group winners and two best runners-up progress to the quarter-finals.
Anthony Wright and Alan Tate’s young men are aiming for better fortunes in the Premier League Cup, having been eliminated in the group stage in each of the last two years.
Dates and venues of the fixtures are to be confirmed.
