Swansea City Under-18s Chris Llewellyn Arsenal

19th August

Chris Llewellyn has called for a reaction to last weekend's defeat when Swansea City Under-18s take on Arsenal at Landore on Saturday (11am).
Despite a successful pre-season campaign, the young Swans suffered a 6-0 defeat at Norwich City in their Premier League South season opener last Friday.
Last season, the Swans side held Arsenal to a 0-0 draw to pick up a hard-fought point at Landore.
U18s coach Llewellyn has called for the young Swans to learn from the mistakes last weekend and put things right on Saturday.
"There is no hiding from the fact that we have had a disappointing defeat," said Llewellyn. "We made too many mistakes last weekend which cost us and we are looking for a reaction.
"We've had to go back to basics this week. We have been in this position before, so we know what we have to do to turn things around.
"A loss is only a loss if you don't learn from it. We must make sure we learn our lessons from last week and put it right in the upcoming games.
"Arsenal will be a tough opponent, so we must ensure we build a platform to go from there."

Kick-off is 11am. Entry to watch the game is FREE. Swans fans are reminded there this no parking at the Landore facility.
