Swansea City Under-21s Blackburn Gary Richards

Gary Richards labelled Swansea City Under-21s' performance as 'disappointing' as the side lost 2-0 to Blackburn on Monday.
The young Swans fell behind after 16 minutes at Leigh Sports Village as Anton Forrester made no mistake from the penalty spot after Keston Davies had handled in the box.
Rovers doubled their lead midway through the second half when a deflected cross was turned into the Swans' net by Forrester.
"Today was not our normal performance," Richards admitted. "We did not start the game well and our passing was not up to our usual standard.
"That led to us not creating enough chances in front of goal and we did not test the goalkeeper as much as we should, which is very unlike us.
"We fell behind to a soft goal which made things difficult and Blackburn defended very well from that point.
"We showed signs of what we are capable of late in the first half but we did not build on that after the break.
"We lacked creativity and were not brave enough on the ball to deal with Blackburn's directness.
"Our performance levels were not where they have been this season, nor where we expect. We have to get back to the standard we are capable of and it will mean a lot of hard work."
