Swansea City Under-21s Wolves Premier League Division Two

13th March

Gary Richards has called for Swansea City Under-21s to take nothing for granted when they face Wolves in Telford on Monday (7pm).
Wolves have not tasted victory in the league since August, while the young Swans go into the match off the back of a 2-1 win over top-of-the-table Derby, leaving them seventh in Barclays Premier League Division Two.
"We were pleased with the result over Derby. We managed parts of the game very well," said Richards.
"Our performance could have been better but we showed resilience to come back from a goal behind.
"It was a good win but we must look to build on that result to make sure we finish the season strongly."
Goals from Oliver McBurnie, Daniel James and Daniel Alfei helped the development squad to a 3-2 victory when the sides met at Landore in September.
Wolves are second from bottom in the Division Two table, but Richards has called on the Swans not to underestimate the Midlands side.
"Wolves challenged us in a close game when they played us at home last year so it is very important we take nothing for granted," he added.
"We are likely to line up very similar to how we did last week. We must make sure we perform to the level we know we can. If the performances are good the results will take care of themselves."
