Katie Lee v Carmarthen Women u19s

In our latest women's pathway round-up Swansea City Under-19s suffered a 1-0 defeat to Carmarthen Town, whilst the under-17s suffered a first defeat of their season.

The under-19s suffered a second-straight Genero Adran South. After a tight first half at the LHP Stadium, Casi Jones would net the only goal of the game 70 minutes in to secure three points for Carmarthen.

The under-17s, meanwhile, suffered a 5-0 defeat to second-placed Barry in South Wales Women's and Girls' League Division One to hand the Swans a first defeat of the season.

Goals from Arwen Williams and Isabella Coates gave Barry a 2-0 lead at the break, leaving the Swans a mountain to climb in the second half.

In the second half, Barry introduced Sienna Stone and Lucy Coles, who have featured for their first team this season. Stone would take no time in making her presence felt as her quickfire double soon put Barry into a 4-0 lead, while Coles made it five with eight minutes to go.

The defeat sees the Swans lead at the top reduced to 12 points, with second-placed Barry having four games in hand.
