The quintet come in for Josh Key, Josh Tymon, Marko Stamenic, Zeidane Inoussa and Melker Widell respectively as Vitor Matos freshens up his side for this fourth game in 10 days.
Lawrence Vigouroux is in goal, with Galbraith and Samuels-Smith joining captain Ben Cabango and Cameron Burgess in defence.
Fulton - the matchwinner against West Brom on New Year’s Day - slots into midfield with Malick Yalcouye and Goncalo Franco.
Ronald, passed fit after being forced off in Thursday’s win, and Eom are out wide, while topscorer Vipotnik leads the Swansea attack.
Ollie Cooper is named among the substitutes following his recall from his loan at Wigan, while Key is ruled out by the foot injury he suffered on New Year’s Day.
