Joe Rodon

Joe Rodon makes his first start since returning from injury as one of two changes to the Swansea City starting line-up at Preston.

Rodon comes into the heart of the Swans defence alongside Marc Guehi, featuring from the off for the first time since the home meeting with Brentford in October.

The other change also comes in the Swansea defence, with Kyle Naughton back from illness as Connor Roberts misses out with the shoulder injury he suffered at Stoke.

Steve Cooper’s side are otherwise unchanged from the loss to the Potters, with Freddie Woodman in goal behind a back four of Naughton, Guehi, Rodon and Jake Bidwell.

Captain Matt Grimes again lines up alongside George Byers and Conor Gallagher in the Swansea midfield, while Andre Ayew and Bersant Celina occupy the flanks.

Rhian Brewster leads the line for the visitors, while in-form under-23s' striker Liam Cullen is among the substitutes.

The home side include former Swan Scott Sinclair in their starting line-up following his January arrival from Celtic.
