Dan Williams makes his competitive senior bow while there is also a Swansea City debut for Joel Piroe in this evening’s Carabao Cup clash at Reading.

Their inclusions are two of five changes made by head coach Russell Martin following the weekend defeat at Blackburn.

Brandon Cooper, Morgan Whittaker and Yan Dhanda also come into the side.

Ryan Bennett, Korey Smith, Jamie Paterson, Liam Cullen and Jamal Lowe are the players to drop out of the line-up.

Steven Benda retains his place in goal, with Cooper joining Ben Cabango and Joel Latibeaudiere in a back three.

Jake Bidwell and Kyle Naughton continue at wing-back with Williams and Dhanda slotting in alongside skipper Matt Grimes in midfield.

Whittaker and Piroe lead the line for the Swans.
