Swansea City boss Steve Cooper makes six changes for the first game of 2020 against Charlton Athletic.

Connor Roberts, Mike van der Hoorn, George Byers, Yan Dhanda, Wayne Routledge and Borja Baston are all restored to the starting XI.

Jake Bidwell, Ben Wilmot, Jay Fulton, Tom Carroll and Bersant Celina all miss out after starting against Barnsley, while Sam Surridge has been recalled from his loan spell by Bournemouth.

That means Freddie Woodman starts in goal, with Roberts, van der Hoorn, Ben Cabango and Kyle Naughton making up the back four.

Skipper Matt Grimes partners Byers in midfield, with Dhanda taking up the number 10 role as Andre Ayew and Routledge occupy the flanks.

Borja Baston leads the line, while the visitors include former Swansea midfielder Darren Pratley in their starting XI.
