Three Swans fixtures chosen for live coverage

Swansea City have been selected for three live TV games in the first round of Premier League broadcast selections.

The Swans’ opening home game of the season at the Liberty Stadium against Manchester United has been moved forward to a 12.30pm kick-off on Saturday, August 19.

The home fixture against newly-promoted Newcastle United has been moved to the Sunday, with the game now taking place on September 10, with a prime 4pm kick-off time.

Both the Manchester United and Newcastle games will be shown on Sky Sports.

BT Sport’s first live Swans game will take place at Wembley Stadium against Tottenham Hotspur, with the fixture moving from a 3pm kick-off to a later 5.30pm slot the same day on Saturday, September 16.
