Tickets remaining for final fixture

There are a small number of tickets still available for the Swans' final Barclays Premier League fixture of the season.
Michael Laudrup's side sign off a hugely successful campaign on Sunday (May 19) when they host Fulham at the Liberty (4pm).
Tickets are available on General Sale, and are priced: £35 adult and £17.50 concessions.
