Tickets for Swansea City’s away fixture at Birmingham City are now on sale to all Jack Army members.

The Swans travel to St Andrew’s Stadium @ Knighthead Park on Saturday, September 20, with kick-off at 12:30pm.

The club has received a full allocation of 2,003 tickets for this fixture and supporters are strongly advised to book early to avoid missing out. 
 

JACK ARMY MEMBERSHIPS

Jack Army members will receive early access to purchase tickets. If you are not yet a member but wish to sign up, click below to learn more. For the 2025-26 season, International Jack Army members also receive priority on away tickets.

TICKET PRICES*

Adults: £27.50       

Seniors (65+): £22.50

Young Adult (Ages 16-24): £17.50

Under-16s: £12.50

*Front row wheelchair accessibility tickets are classified as restricted view, with all prices £1 lower than listed above.

Supporters are advised that anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18, otherwise they will not be permitted entry.

General Sale

Please note during the Jack Army window, there is a limit of one ticket per member. Jack Army members will be awarded three points for this fixture.

 

Postage & Delivery Details

All tickets purchased before 4pm on Wednesday, September 17 will be posted out first class, with any tickets purchased after this point being available to collect on Thursday, September 18 or Friday, September 19.

If your tickets have not arrived in the post by 2pm on Friday, September 19, please let the ticket office know by emailing ticketing@swanseacity.com - including your customer number or booking reference - and the club will arrange duplicate tickets for you to collect at the host club.

The club encourages supporters to purchase online, with all tickets purchased online being posted out. This is the fastest and most convenient method to secure your seat.

 

Accessibility

The club has received an allocation of eight wheelchair bays and accompanying carer tickets, which can be purchased via our ticketing website using the accessibility ballot. Supporters are advised that front row wheelchair bays are classified as restricted view, and the club has a small number of non-restricted view bays available. Supporters are advised to contact the club for more information.

The hosts have also advised us of specific seats that are suitable for supporters with accessibility requirements located on rows 3-5.
