TRANSFER DEADLINE DAY: Mansfield loan Swansea City defender Daniel Alfei
1st February 2016
Daniel Alfei has joined League Two side Mansfield Town on loan until the end of the season, subject to international clearance.
The 22-year-old made his Swans debut in January 2011 during a 4-0 FA Cup win over Colchester at the Liberty.
The Swansea-born right-back, who won 13 caps for Wales' Under-21 side, has also spent time on loan with Wrexham, Portsmouth and Northampton.
Mansfield are currently seventh in SkyBet League Two, seven points adrift of the automatic promotion places.
Alfei becomes the second Swans player to leave the club on transfer deadline day, with Portuguese international Eder completing a loan move to French club Lille.
